For adult Chinese Mainland residents awarded an eligible bachelor degree on the aggregate top-100 list within the five years before application with less than three years of work experience. Within HK TTPS, distinguish Category A (HKD 2.5M+ taxable income in past year, initial stay extended to 3 years / 36 months), Category B (eligible top-100 bachelor + 3 yrs work in past 5 yrs, 24-month initial stay, uncapped), and Category C (eligible top-100 bachelor within 5 yrs with <3 yrs work, 24-month initial stay, 10,000 annual cap and excluding HK full-time accredited bachelor graduates). TTPS initial approval is once in a lifetime; extension requires HK employment or business. Compare below with other published no-offer and Asia-Pacific work routes.
HK TTPS Category B: no prior HK job offer required; requires an eligible top-100 bachelor degree plus at least 3 years of work experience in the past 5 years (initial 24-month stay, uncapped; Category A grants a 36-month initial stay).
HK TTPS Category C: for graduates awarded an eligible top-100 bachelor degree within the past 5 years with less than 3 years of work experience; subject to a 10,000 annual quota and excludes HK local full-time non-local undergraduates (who use IANG).

Compiled from Hong Kong Immigration Department TTPS guidance and the aggregate university list. Category C is subject to an annual quota (10,000 places, first-come, first-served) and live remaining capacity is not inferred here. Graduates of full-time locally accredited Hong Kong bachelor programmes are excluded from Category C and should check IANG instead.
ImmD explicitly excludes non-local students who obtained a bachelor degree from a full-time locally accredited programme in Hong Kong; check IANG instead. Official guidance
Check whether the annual Category C quota is open before applying; TTPS initial approval is granted once only and extension requires Hong Kong employment or business. Official guidance
Categories B and C specifically require a bachelor degree from the aggregate list; a top-100 master or PhD alone does not qualify if the bachelor institution is not listed. Official guidance
