Distinguish recognised-skilled-worker and points routes, with secured support. The first does not require points; the second needs qualifying education/training, language and at least six points. No offer does not mean no criteria.

Current federal guidance distinguishes two routes. Do not apply points-route language rules to everyone. The China PDF is dated January 2025 with an older appendix; recheck local procedure, amounts and timing rather than treating it as current by default.
